Your Guide to Using Build Any AI Responsibly

Welcome to Build Any AI. We are excited to have you on board. Before you get started, here are a few things you need to know to help you use the platform safely, ethically, and in compliance with UK and EU data protection laws (including GDPR).

This is not just a legal checkbox. It is about protecting your users, your business, and your reputation.

Quick Rule of Thumb

If you would not share it with a stranger on the internet, do not upload it into Build Any AI.

Do Not Upload or Enter the Following

1. Personal Data of Any Kind

Unless your agreement with us specifically permits it (and includes a data processing addendum), you must not enter, upload, or expose the system to:

  • Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses
  • National Insurance numbers, ID/passport details
  • Health or medical information
  • Financial account numbers or tax data
  • Employee or customer records
  • Photos of identifiable individuals
  • AI outputs that contain personal data

Entering personal data could breach GDPR and expose you and your organisation to liability.

2. Sensitive or Special Category Data

Never input data relating to:

  • Race, ethnicity, or political opinions
  • Religious or philosophical beliefs
  • Trade union membership
  • Sexual orientation or gender identity
  • Biometric or genetic data

These are classified as "special category" data under GDPR and require high levels of legal protection and explicit consent, which this platform is not designed to handle.

3. Content You Do Not Own or Control

Avoid uploading:

  • Copyrighted images, documents, or designs you did not create or license
  • Screenshots, branding, or marketing materials belonging to other companies
  • Confidential agreements, contracts, or legal paperwork you are not authorised to use

Remember: YOU are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload is yours to use.

What You Can Use

Build Any AI is designed for business users to:

  • Share professional documents and brochures
  • Publish marketing materials and catalogues
  • Create interactive training manuals
  • Build engaging portfolio presentations

Just keep it non-personal, non-confidential, and professional.

Who Sees Your Data?

Your inputs and outputs may be:

  • Logged for audit and quality purposes
  • Monitored for compliance
  • Used to improve service performance, in line with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

You can request data export or deletion at any time via our support channels or data portal.

What Happens If You Upload Restricted Data?

If we discover that you have entered restricted or sensitive data:

  • Your account may be flagged, paused, or suspended
  • We may delete the data without notice
  • You may be held responsible for any compliance issues caused

  • Do not treat Build Any AI like a file dump.
  • Do not treat it like a human expert.
  • Do treat it like a powerful digital assistant that needs clear, safe, and sensible input.
