How does auto agent selection work?
Just type your question. Build Any AI analyses your query and automatically selects the best agent and AI model for the task. You can override the selection at any time and manually pick any agent from the full catalog.
What are AI Credits?
Credits measure AI compute. £1 = 100 Credits. Every AI action (chat messages, document analysis, image generation, code execution, voice) draws from your balance. You start with 500 free Credits. Top up any time, at any amount.
What happens when I run out of Credits?
AI features pause. Everything else keeps working. Your workspace, documents, agents, and all platform features continue as normal. Top up any time to resume AI features. There is no downgrade.
Do Credits expire?
Never. Credits you purchase stay in your balance until used. They roll over every month. No monthly resets, no "use it or lose it." If you buy 1,000 credits and use 200, you have 800 left next month.
What do I get for free?
